- Value risk. Customers have to buy it or users have to choose to use it. Otherwise, it shouldn’t be in the product.
- Usability risk. Some feature proposals are great on paper but are just too complicated for customers.
- Feasibility risk. Does the organization have the ability to deliver it in an acceptable timeline?
- Business viability risk. Would it work for the wider organization to deliver this? For example, would it compete with another offering?
